The Fall Doll and Miniatures 2026 Show in Denver!
Updated: 5 days ago
I was lucky enough to visit The Fall Doll and Miniatures Show in Colorado, which took place September 9–13 this year. I want to share some of my impressions with you. And they are absolutely wonderful! I saw so many incredible things… but let me tell you about everything in order.
The Fall Show is the annual dollhouse miniatures show in Denver, CO. The show includes 5 days of workshops, 2 days of public sales rooms, dinners, brunches, family workshops, and more, all in support of the Denver Museum of Miniatures, Dolls and Toys.

First, a little information about the Museum (www.dmmdt.org).
The Denver Museum of Miniatures, Dolls and Toys (DMMDT), founded in 1981, is a museum in Lakewood, Colorado, featuring over 20,000 unique objects, including artisan dollhouses, antique dolls, and vintage toys. Since moving into its permanent home in 2020, the museum has been renovating and opening its galleries in phases while offering changing exhibits, classes, and educational experiences that connect art, history, and childhood memories.

Unfortunately, because of time limitations, I wasn’t able to attend all of the workshops, and there were quite a few of them. But I really enjoyed the Fall Show Workshop: Beautiful Tea Set with Hummingbird, which took place on Friday, September 11, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Some visitors even brought their own dolls and walked around the show with them.
I also really enjoyed the children’s workshop, Kid’s Scene. The kids were so focused and happily creating their own little scenes, each in their own style.

By the way, on September 13, from 1:00 to 3:00 PM, the kids made a “Carousel of Happiness.”

This year, there were so many fun activities for children. There was even a special Children’s Sales Room, where kids could choose and buy whatever they wanted for their miniature houses and little rooms. And parents were not allowed inside! :) This way, the kids could choose exactly what they liked, without their parents telling them what to buy. The parents were only given the bill afterward. :)
But don’t worry — the prices started at just 25 cents and up!

The workshops this year were, as always, wonderful. This beautiful tower was made on September 10. Pretty amazing, right?

And in 2027, they will be making this little house!

On Saturday, September 12, the Public Sales Room opened and remained open through Sunday, September 13, until 5:00 PM.
People came in, looked around, and left with the most amazed and happy faces, as if they had stepped into a fairy tale — like Gulliver or someone who had just discovered Narnia! :)
Another magical room, just like in Alice in Wonderland :) This time, it was the “Exhibits” room. To say that the exhibits were amazing would be an understatement… They were simply FANTASTIC! Here are a few photos from this magical room for you to enjoy.
And, of course, the Sales Room! It was like a little El Dorado in there! :)
,I’ll just share a photo gallery with you.
It was so joyful and interesting to visit a new place, meet new people, share emotions, and see genuine smiles and excitement all around. Those moments were truly priceless. :)

See you next time!
It was wonderful seeing you all. :) Warmly, Marina-AllforDoll-MAFD
